I would like to remove the MaxxAudio application from my computer, how do I uninstall it?
The MaxxAudio application is a pre-installed application with features that enhance the audio output on your PC; each device is hand calibrated by sound engineers to provide the best audio performance, and to remove any unwanted artifacts of small-form speakers. External devices like headphones or speakers are also enhanced, and the user is presented with additional features on the application like an equalizer with custom presets, noise reduction, bass and treble controls, and more.Removing MaxxAudio will reduce the quality of sound on your device.
If you are experiencing a technical problem with the application, please contact us directly. If you still prefer to remove the MaxxAudio application, go to Start Menu > Waves MaxxAudio > right click > uninstall

Camera usage when Nx is enabled
-
The MaxxAudio application is automatically turning my camera on. What is the reason for that?
Waves Nx 3D audio uses the camera to track the user’s head movements and anchor the sound field relative to the user’s head position, enabling a full 3D audio experience that features high accuracy sound positioning. The camera video feed is never saved nor transmitted in any manner.
