I connected my headphones, but the audio is still playing through the built-in speakers. How can I fix this problem?
Open MaxxAudio Pro and navigate to the advanced settings. Make sure the box next to “Show pop-up dialog when device is connected” is checked. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, make sure you are running the latest version of MaxxAudio Pro and the Realtek audio driver available on the Dell website then make sure to restart your device.
Please note: In some cases, MaxxAudio Pro may have been disabled from the Startup menu. Go to the Windows search bar and type “Startup Tasks”, scroll down until you see Waves MaxxAudio Service Application then turn it On.
